Playtouch SAS. and its websites, games and other applications, including Novalya (“we,” “our” or “us”) believe that your privacy is very important. Novalya is an application and product wholly owned and operated by Playtouch SAS. This Policy outlines the types of personally identifiable information and other data that we will collect from you through Novalya (“Websites/Apps”), and how we will use and when we might disclose such information and data to third parties. Your installation and/or use of Novalya constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Information We Collect

Personal Information: Information that specifically identifies you. In Novalya, this includes your name, email address (via Google Sign-In or account creation), physical address (for billing), precise geolocation, and uploaded photographs or astrological identities (birth names, dates, and times used for natal charts).

Non-Personal Information: Information about you such as your age, city, and device properties (unique device ID, IP address, OS, Firebase identifiers). This also includes "Usage Data" (your app progress, generated tarot readings, daily stars, generated AI chats, and URLs visited).

2. How We Collect Information (Novalya Specifics)

• Account & Auth: If you use Anonymous Guest Login or Google Sign-In via Firebase Auth, we securely collect your email and authentication tokens.
• Cloud Profile Data: If you input birth dates, locations, and names to generate Astrological themes, this data is securely hosted and stored in Google Cloud / Firebase Firestore to allow cross-device sync.
• Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini): Novalya uses AI to generate content. Your inputs (names, signs, context) are sent to the AI strictly to return your reading. According to enterprise Google Cloud policies, your data is NOT used by Google to train their foundational AI models.
• Purchases (Stripe & App Stores): If you buy Stars or Subscriptions safely, your credit card data is strictly handled by Stripe Checkout (Web) or Apple App Store / Google Play In-App Purchases (Mobile). We never store your raw credit card data.
• Push Notifications: With your consent, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you daily horoscopes or energy refills.
• Social Profile & Sharing: Social interactions and Web Share APIs collect necessary sharing states without retaining external recipient details.

3. Cookies and Advertising (AdMob / AdSense)

We use cookies or similar technologies for caching (e.g., LocalStorage) and to serve you appropriate content. By using Novalya, you may be offered advertising content. We use Google AdSense (Web) and Google AdMob (Mobile) networks.

These technologies process Non-Personal Information (and Advertising IDs) to deliver targeted ads. For European Economic Area (EEA) users, we implement proper GDPR / TCF v2.2 consent logic to give you control over tracking preferences.

4. Use of Your Information

• Personal Information: To provide astrological readings, personalize AI responses, fulfill Stripe/IAP purchases, respond to customer service, and deliver account functionality.
• Non-Personal Information: For administrative, analytical (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics), research, caching optimization (global caching of daily horoscopes to reduce bandwidth), and to serve age/gender appropriate advertising.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Playtouch Ecosystem: As Novalya is a Playtouch SAS product, your information may be transferred within Playtouch entities but remains governed by this policy. We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties without prior consent.

Advertising Partners: We may share aggregated Non-Personal Information and advertising IDs with partners to serve you tailored ads outside of Novalya.

Service Providers: Information is shared with secure third parties for credit card processing (Stripe, Apple, Google), and data analysis (Firebase).

Legal & Business Transfer: We may disclose information if required by law or in connection with any sale of our company or line of business.

6. Your Rights & Security

You can modify your Personal Information within the Profile Management interface inside Novalya. Playtouch ensures modern encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and relies on enterprise-grade Cloud Firestore security rules. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and you do so at your own risk.

7. Children

Novalya and other Playtouch games do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. When identified, we block such users or obtain parental consent. If you are between 13 and 18, obtain parental permission before registering or using In-App Purchases functionalities.

8. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 requires business disclosure for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing without your prior approval. As for Do Not Track, such technology may negatively affect the functionality of Novalya.

9. Legal Disclaimer & Contact

Novalya operates AS-IS, and we do not represent or warrant that its use will be uninterrupted or error-free. This Privacy Policy is governed by California law.
